Shipping and Returns
Orders
All orders of in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated. At this time, we can only accept and send orders to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you would like to place an order for more than 10 books (considered a “large order”), please contact us via email for a customised quote. This will enable us to accurately determine the lowest shipping costs available for your order and location.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery of our products is handled by Australia Post. Once your order is lodged with Australia Post, Southscript Press has no control over delivery timeframes or any delays that might occur.
*The delivery times stated at checkout and listed below are estimates only, and have been taken from the Australia Post website for domestic (“most arrive within”) and international deliveries:
- Express Post to Australia: 1-4 business days
- Standard Post to Australia: 2-7 business days
- Express Post to New Zealand: 6-11 business days
- Standard Post to New Zealand: 8-14 business days
You will be provided with tracking information so you can stay updated as to when your parcel is expected to arrive.
Returns and refunds
We guarantee that the products available for sale through this website match their descriptions and are of acceptable quality at the time of shipping. Southscript Press is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred while in transit.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or does not otherwise meet the consumer guarantee, please contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt to claim a remedy. Remedies will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include a refund, replacement, or other agreed remedy.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to a “change of mind” and are not obliged to under Australian Consumer Law.
